They may be very good engineers. They were chosen by Pults to do the engineering for some retaining walls and a breezeway structure. Several contractors commented that they thought it was over engineered and our bids were very high. We made some changes and the cost for the changes was more than we thought they should be. This could be an example of "you get what you pay for." They seem expensive, but their engineering will last forever.
