Owner came out in October 2020 to our lake property to give estimate on some major outside work (windows,gutters, soffit, siding). We also discussed him doing a bathroom remodel during this past winter. Never heard back or got an estimate, so I called him in November-he didn’t remember me or coming out to our place.

Poor subcontractors. Especially the drywall co. No base molding? Really? Avoid unless u are on site watching
