Horrible. I don’t know if business changed hands since 2013, but nobody showed up for my scheduled appt; then, all my calls were ignored, although I’m a previous customer. There IS NO OFFICE, and their ad is VERY misleading ( “wheelchair acess” to WHERE ? There’s no building !). There’s only ONE phone number. Dan. Dan was useless. He’s the one who made me a bogus appt. When I FINALLY got ahold of Dan at the office, I was told the owner DOESNT HAVE HIS OWN PHONE, so I could not speak to the owner. THEN, Dan informed me that they “do not work in my mobile home park”, although they had in the past. Finally, Dan HUNG UP ON ME, and refused to tell me WHERE the office is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The owner isn’t even in town. ( Bishop), so even if you DID find out who he was, most likely he’d be “gone” for weeks at a time. .Its now April 2024 & I still need blinds in my home. Window Faire is UNETHICAL. Prior customers in good standing are now being IGNORED. I was stood up TWICE by Window Faire when they failed to show up for my scheduled & CONFIRMED appt. Perhaps the Better Business Bureau will care that WF CLAIMS to provide good service, but they don’t. I’ve heard locally, that WF will no longer work in Bishop Mobile Home Parks because he wants his business to appear “upscale”! I DO NOT recommend calling or emailing WF, but instead, going to the office to see if this is even a LEGIT BUSINESS ! Perhaps it’s not.
