Very well kept and clean building with interesting historical features. The front desk attendants are friendly and helpful. The elevators move extremely fast to get you where you need to go. There is a room to park your bike in. Recently upgraded security is a plus as well. Also recently added some vending machines which has been nice. Hopefully they add more options eventually. Great views of Milwaukee as well.

Renovated office building from the early 1900s. It's just. . . OK. There are very.nice new offices and some, but not much, original buildong fratures. The 735 Water St building received a much better renovation and is of a similar age. The elevators are dark and old and there is a near constant mild smell of mildew and dust. The concierge at the Wells Building are very friendly and helpful though.

Building is OK, but a block away you could see the crown jewel of Milwaukee's skyline, U.S. Bank Center - 40+ stories.

I was across the street from the Wells Building on Wisconsin Av. watching the HD parade and having lunch with the wife.
It looks like the building is going through renovation and remodeling.
