This is my go to store when it comes to printing and creating banners. They have the fastest turnaround times I’ve ever worked with. And the affordable pricing that is offered is really helpful when trying to stretch a budget. Highly recommend!

And if you are a non profit organization please make sure to talk to management about any volume print deals they may be able to offer!

Horrific. Will not go there again. Went to send 2 packages and they messed up and sent each to the other's destination. Mistakes happen but they way they handled their mistake was ridiculous. First, when I called, they stated they had to look at the security tape to verify, as if I somehow made the mistake myself. Once they "validated" the mistake was on them, they sent me two new shipping labels. However, according to them, i still had to pay the original shipments even though those shipments were at least a week late and each person was inconvenienced to have to reship the documents. You would think UPS would provide some type of discount or refund for their own mistake but nope. Do not recommend this UPS store.

Had an Amazon return with 3 items. I thought it said no box needed, but I put the 3 items in a box to carry them. Rick was incredibly nice and helpful; he pointed out that my code said Customer Packed, but he told me we'd just use the box I carried the items in. He folded the flaps, printed the label, and taped up the box! It took him about 2 minutes = very fast, efficient, helpful and friendly. When I apologized for not having the box ready to go, he assured me it wasn't a problem. Excellent service with a big smile. What could be better? Thank you Rick!

This store is the nicest and has the most welcoming staff of any UPS Store I've been to. When I have any needs, I drive past two other UPS Stores to come to this one because of the way I am treated. They offer print services and had a staff member dedicated to helping me with my printing needs from the start of the project until delivery. This store sets the gold standard for customer service.

Can’t say enough great things about this locations. We use UPS for all of our business and personal needs and every time they show up and show out. The professionalism and communication I receive regardless of the size of the shipment or printing order is unmatched and why I will continue to use this company for everything.

If i could leave zero stars for ups i would i now have to wait a few more days just to get a refund n reorder the same thing online because they somehow miscommunicated an online shoe order, i was supposed to receive them yesterday but had opted to change it to ups pick up at ups access point earlier that morning since there are too many package thieves around my apartments n when i called them to check up on an issue they reassured me they would get to the access point only to receive a text this morning alerting me that they were going to resend them back to sender because of service disruption that i would need to speak to the company sending the shoes n would they even give me a name of the person who reassured me theyd reach the access point if they would have told me that was going to happen i could have spoken to a rep from the shoe companys customer service n get it situated before it was resent to them. Seriously this company is the worst

Waiting on a package to arrive then you get a message “sorry we missed you, we will try again tomorrow “. You didn’t miss me, I’ve been home all day waiting. You just lie and never attempted to deliver.
