I Love living here. The people are great, the management has been excellent. They even put on a Thanksgiving dinner for the tenants that don't have family in AZ. Maybe the negative comment folks are trolls that never actually lived here. I Plan on staying a long time because it's safe, affordable, and peaceful.

The Roosevelt in Tonto Basin is a great place to live with great neighbors, fantastic staff and a understanding kind owner. Plus great views, very clean and taken care of property. My mom lived there for 3yrs and loved every minute of it

I loved living there! Perfect size for me and my dog, everyone was very friendly and I made good friends. The managament was very professional and helped me quickly when I asked for.help with anything. The best part was being so.close to the lake for kayaking and fishing.

Lived here for 3 months and recorded and endured daily harassment if not from the management then from the residents. They are drunk, out of control, abusive, and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend living here to ANYONE, wouldnt wish this hellacious place on an enemy let alone a loved one. The drunk residents run the place, drink and drive, do coke, and hate and terrorize the people they suspect as worse humans than their drunk existences.

Aside from the occasional crazies yelling profanities at each other, naked guys running around the top balcony, multiple sheriff cars surrounding the neighbors place, and black mold infestation, it is ok at best.
