Since we have moved in, this place has gone downhill tremendously. Very unsavory tenants are starting to move in. Every morning I smell black and milds from one of the neighbors smoking in his garage. I’m hesitant to complain because problems just persist no matter how often you speak up. I will say the maintenance dept is awesome and very prompt/friendly. But… poop EVERYWHERE throughout the grass no matter where you walk. Neighbor issues are not handled promptly. People leave things in the door so their visitors can get in without being buzzed which totally compromises security. Have seen a pest in stairwell. One of my neighbors has been allowed to have parties at least once a month. Have tried reaching out to corporate to no avail. Just an overall disappointing experience. Which is a shame because we enjoy the apartment itself and things were pretty good when we first got here. But the overall living experience does NOT match the pricing at all. The reviews about moving trucks every other day are 100% true. People are constantly leaving and I understand why. All I can hope for is that improvements are made but not holding my breath.

I have loved living at the Quin! Our apartment felt brand new when we moved in and we love the updated appliances. The property manager Ana has been very responsive and kind since moving in and the maintenance crew were very nice when we moved in. We have been here since the beginning of Nov 21 and have have no complaints. We were a bit weary of moving in after seeing the google reviews, but we truly have had a great stay so far. It doesn’t even feel like we have neighbors surrounding our corner unit at times. We do hear a lot of doggies bark here and there, but it’s nothing that would alert us to get management involved. We look forward to renewing our lease when the time comes. Thank you Ana! 🌟

Love the convenience of the location. Roxana, Kevin, Gloria and Joe are amazing: kind, pleasant and efficient. I just renewed my lease for another year! I had an unfortunate experience with the new FT property manager Victoria but management rectified her blunders almost immediately. She's pretty awesome too. Wish there was a pool!!!

Came to appartment to see before rent, most awesomely horrible customer service. Front desk is gone roge, no phone to answer. No one is in office at all, me and my wife waited 30 mins and felt ghost town. Anyway it's located to low life neighborhood so we away. 1000% be sure this is not luxary apartment, it's basic appartment in Newark style area. Beware.

As a guest I seen tenants go threw hell here and this building management act oblivious to there concerns. It’s really sad because I was going to get a place here but absolutely not ! . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING HERE WITH YOUR FAMILY ITS A NIGHTMARE. I witnessed a disaster happen and the only working and caring person was the super shoutout to you for taking your job serious but I can only image how much they make you out your neck on the line for them . I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOURSELF . All those others review are review are true and accurate.

We lived at the Quin apartments until November when we moved to Manhattan. I know this is a late review but I’ve been meaning to type this for a while.
We moved in when the building 1 was at ~80% occupancy and the building 2 was just starting to rent out. We signed up for the apartment for the beautiful floor to ceiling windows, the space and new modern appliances it had to offer. Michelle, our then property manager was awesome to work with. We had zero issues as far as noise or getting bothered by the neighbors goes. The apartment units are some of the most noise proof places I’ve lived at. We had a corner, two bedroom unit with a really nice courtyard view, which we enjoyed every single day.
The things started going downfall when JMF properties sold the apartments to Premiere properties. The new leasing office staff was so not helpful when you needed them. This is all until we were supposed to move out after our lease ended when Ana Nieves took the reigns and made me repent for leaving the apartments. She is the polar opposite of her ex counterparts who won’t help at all. She is understanding and helped us with paying for the last month’s rent from our security deposit. I still remember our last day at Quin after moving everything to a storage unit nearby, I stayed back until 12 am sobbing with my close friends who came over to help us say goodbye to our home for a year where we created some of the best memories.
I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities including the gym and the tv room. We lived through the pandemic and the residents were courteous, obeying the mask rule while they were inside the gym.
Some of the cons:
1. I saw the parking situation get worse over just one year. We started with around 6-7 visitors spots which were reduced to only 3-4 at the end. So plan to have your visitors park across from the apartment in the Grocery store lot.
2. The counter tops tend to stain easily, so be prepared to invest in high quality cleaning solutions to keep them clean
3. The apartment had promised me an EV charging facility included as a part of amenities so I could charge my Tesla Model 3. After waiting for almost 10 months they finally installed a charger but it is not free to use as promised. Mind you the fee to charge your car there is higher than what you’d pay for at a Tesla supercharger. When the state of NJ and cities around are installing free EV chargers to motivate more EV buyers, it sucks to pay for it at your own apartment complex. I guess it’s convenient to have a charger at your apartment but the bonkers amount of money they charge for a charge session kills it.

I am posting some photos of the beautiful Quin during the last winter’s snowstorm (oh and btw the snow is cleared up fast by the apartment authorities, which is a bliss). I miss our nice and spacious Quin apartment as I type this from my small apartment here in the city ahah!

I remember first moving here, doing my research and ignoring all the red flags & only listening to the good reviews. (The bad def outweighed the good) please don’t be that person, even my tour was very awkward with Kevin, he had people coming up to him asking why they had eviction notices on their door, he seemed to not care solely because he was trying to sell us. It’s disgusting & the rest of the reviews are true. The project manager only cares about his commission he’s making, and anything else that involves charging tenants, when it’s a real issue at hand he hides which is so childish for his age and his position as property manager.

Don’t move in here if you want a daily headache, not even corporate cares, the whole place needs to shut down.

Overall the reviewers are true there are constant Uhual from how much people are moving out.

Horrible experience as a future potential tenant. I scheduled an appointment for 5 p.m. ET. I arrived 15 mins early, I couldn’t get into the leasing office so called in about 5 times and got no response. I waited outside the door and finally at 5:22 p.m. ET the leasing agent decided to show up just to let me know that she was leaving for the day and that the online scheduling tool doesn’t work and that their last showing is at 4:45 P.M. I explained to her that I left work early just to make it on time and that their online scheduling tool allowed me to schedule for 5 and yet she did not care, I expressed to her how this is such a bad customer service for a future potential tenant. She stood quiet and literally walked away straight to her car. This was a sign for me to not move to this place. The reviews are not wrong.
