Through our recent home purchase, we really got to experience the full breadth of the Proud Crowd team. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the renovations to the house - everything is done meticulously with quality materials and no corners cut. The work they do is top notch.

With respect to the buying process, Molly is a fantastic agent to work with. She is very organized and does a great job of managing the process for her clients by clearly communicating next steps, etc. and staying ahead of key dates and potential roadblocks. Even with a shortened close period, she helped to make it easy on us and no surprised. We used her suggested contacts for the various stores in the process and everyone was on the ball and worked together like a machine. After work one evening I pulled over my car and asked God to please send someone my way to help me. Well, my prayers were answered. The day before I googled realtors in Los Angeles. I wrote down three agencies. I called two places. However, no call back. Now back to the evening in my car. I looked at my notes and the Proud Crowd was there on the list. Then, I looked at my clock and saw it was after hours. So I decided to call and leave a message. Perhaps two to three minutes passed I get a call back from Mrs. Molly. From the start she was attentive, professional, and laid out plan for me to review potential rentals. She gave me her number and told me to call her if I have any questions.
