The Pinnacle Apartments - Fort Lee, New Jersey

We had such a pleasant experience living at the Pinnacle Fort Lee. This building is quite simple and doesn't have the fancy amenities but that didn't matter because the best part about the place was our space. We had a 1 bedroom & den unit that felt so huge! We had a great island for cooking prep and very long living room that fit an 11 foot couch. The closet space was great. Our unit had everything we needed and more. The west facing sunsets were also amazing. While the gym is lacking some upkeep, the sauna makes up for it. That's really the only amenity we needed in our life and the Pinnacle has it!

We never experienced any real problems in the unit and all the appliances/materials are high quality so nothing ever broke. Even if it did, Donte, the super and next best part of the building, was always quick to handle any issues. He's the man and does his job at a very high level. We all know how supers can take their sweet time but not Donte. He is the real deal.

They also have electric vehicle charging which was clutch as I have an EV and many apartment buildings in Fort Lee do not have EV charging. Trust me I looked and may have decided on another building if they did (thank god I didn't).

Nicholle - the property manager is great and responds to your feedback to make the community better.

You can walk up the hill to Fort Lee Downtown where you'll also find the NYC bus stop.

Maybe my only con is the garage situation. It's tight and gets pretty packed in the visitor lot and everyone kind of parks everywhere. There are also residents that block entrances/exits and enter/exit the wrong way which is dangerous. I wish this was monitored better.

We are going to seriously miss living here. It truly felt like home.

Been living in this building for 3 years and it’s great! Everyone is super friendly and they have great staff. Nicholle and Donte are super helpful and are always just a text or call away. Hardworking people who always have a smile on their faces. I highly suggest moving into this building!

I enjoyed living at the pinnacle. It was like a 5 star living experience. The hallways smell so good. It feels like walking into one hotel in miami. The best part was the Management. Nicholle was very attentive and caring. Always on top of things and super friendly. Erica the leasing Director always kind and patient. It makes me sad to leave such great people.

Absolutely welcoming and always attentive, I moved in with my son a few months back and the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s very clean, the view is amazing if I ever have a concern or question they’re always attentive and respond quickly. Waking into our building feels like walking into a fancy hotel and we love it! Thank you for making our home and transition great especially during such a difficult time, during a pandemic!

Place is ok but really unprofessional front desk receptionist. Had a tour today, totally a disaster. The agent was not showing any respect to us at all. She’s texting and calling someone all the time and didn’t introduce anything about the building nor the apartment. We were disappointed by her attitude and stop our tour early. She’s even making a joke about my family and I when we said we have to go. I feel sorry for the building’s management team who didn’t train their staff enough to treat their customers well. For anyone who is looking for a rent in FL I highly recommend elsewhere.

To anyone looking to move into this building I give it all the stars I can possibly give! I was one of the first 20 tenants that moved in and since I have been very happy with my decision!
And here are some reasons why:
1. The building is beautifully built with a perfect location and the view is phenomenal with everything surrounding you from super markets to the nearest movie theatre Walking distance. If you love New York City Or work there the GWB is barely 3 minutes away!
2. The neighbors are as kind as can be (some would even would say “it’s like a big old family”) it’s true!
3. Its always clean and very well taken care of
4. The staff is very responsive and caring ( I appreciate them and their work ethics!) The maintenance team comes right away ( I have had no issues with getting things fixed EVER! ) - they show up the next day from my experience...
5. The building is very much secure. In the beginning they did not have a concierge (corona virus obviously) I’m sure they were taking precautions) but I believe there is one now. Things took some time but it was understandable during these hard times!

The new property manager is highly unprofessional. Also highly concern how there is a barrier to stop other cars from entering tenants parking area yet unauthorized vehicles are able to enter with ease. No door man. Too many businesses in the building, so definitely not exclusively residencial. The space is not cleaned regularly and maintenance of damaged things outside the apartment is non-excistanct.
