As of today it’s been 9 days since I moved in and there has been no urgency in the plumbing issue affecting me and the next unit. I had feces, urine, sewage and tissue paper coming up from the shower drain. This is the FOURTH time this week that this is happen. The water will not go down. As a 22 girl that lives ALONE. How am I supposed to shower tonight or use the toilet? Toilet doesn’t flush anymore, and don’t get me started on my broken fridge with maggot eggs and stove that does not turn on. This month I’m projected to spend $850 worth in eating out because they have no urgency in these issues. I’m confused on how they did a walk through but failed to see that my fridge smelled like something died inside, is not cold, and has flies and bug eggs. My stove outlet is not working. And the plumbing issue that is connected to my neighbors unit, so I’m also receiving their waste through my unit. Management does not answer during BUSINESS hours, and they sent a plumber this Friday but he never came? I’m extremely upset and concerned with the amount of neglect I’ve received in the past 9 days that I’ve been here. Also there’s mold growing on the side of the kitchen cabinets and the top locks to my unit are hard to lock. Love it!! 🙃

I listed of my rental units (a duplex) with The Listing for a little over a year until I sold the units just now. People at The Listing were very attentive and on the ball. Rent was paid to me in a timely manner, never late one time. When a repair needed to be done, they'd contact me and state the problem (like the air conditioner) and ask if I already had anyone to do that kind of work. If not, they recommendations. The best part: Whenever a repair or service had to be done, they took care of having someone at the apartment if I couldn't be there or just didn't want to be there. If I hadn't sold this property, I would have continued my relationship with them. RECOMMENDED.

I have to say that I was rather weary about having to pay a listing agent to rent out my home. The first company I contacted was a real nightmare, very poor communication and not very good service overall. By a stroke of luck, I found the Listing Real Estate Management Agency, and they have been a life saver. What a difference, it was like night and day. Fayola made sure that I all my questions were answered and encouraged me to ask for me. They even arranged for a vendor to mow the lawn and waited at the house to have appliances delivered. My house is finally rented, and I could not be more grateful. Based on my own experience, I will tell you that you can't go wrong with them.

I think this company is a scam. They are quick to take your money and all of your information to "process your application" and it's a wild goose chase from there!! I was told over a week ago they were done processing my application and that I would receive a final decision 1-2 days.............. NOTHING YET! Every time I call, only one person answers the phone (Warren). Every day I call, I am told I will receive a decision by the end of the day. I am certain that I qualify for the property so a denial would be retaliation of my honest experience with this company.

An hour later after this post, I received an adverse action letter stating the owner chose another applicant. PLEASE KNOW THAT ON A RECORDED CALL I specifically asked if there were any other applicants for that property and was told NO.

I had a terrible experience with The listing. They are completely unresponsive and neglectful. When I moved in, the property had several issues that needed urgent attention, including broken appliances, plumbing problems and a leaking ceiling/ceiling fans in both right bedrooms. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, all they did was tarp the roof and left it like that for a year a half, which still didn’t fix the problem. Their lack of communication and disregard for their tenants' well-being is unacceptable. I would not recommend renting from them to anyone. They are a company that is just money hungry and will email you early for rent but won’t respond to maintenance request and hang up when you call them.

Just by looking at all their 5 star reviews with no words you can tell they either buy all of their reviews or bot them themselves.
