Most people know Daniel at The Issak Group as one of the top agents who is a constitutional expert. (An additional test that an agent had to take to qualify for this). Most people know Daniel as the friendly and customer service focused professional who is more than eager to get the job done at earliest possible manner. But what most people do not know, is that he also HAS AN ENGINEERING DEGREE from a top school, which means the guy is not all talk, he's got some real striking brains to back it up for his occupation of real estate broker in Los Angeles. We had a house in Arcadia that Daniel sold. He was referred to us from a family member Katie. Daniel was friendly, had both high EQ and IQ, and efficiently made our residential real estate listing and sale with offers in the double digits. We made a great return on our house and sold it before a huge deadline “OUR WEDDING!” Yes, you can bet with the money in the bank not in the property, our honeymoon was pretty sweet because of that. We then called him again to look for another residential real estate listings for purchase in downtown la shortly after and once again, it continued to stay a pleasant experience despite the monotones headaches of real estate investment and purchase.
