Lived there in 2020 and 2021, these people are the real deal!!! Great place, great service , and really a great staff!!! Kira and Greg made the experience easy and smooth, they really know how to take care of their tenets. Never had any issues with rent, utilities, (did direct deposit) or building security, the place was well maintained and clean, even when I left they gave me my security deposit back (100%) quickly and without any issues. If your looking for a safe and convenient place to rent in Syracuse you can't ask for a better place. And having warm parking in the building in Syracuse in the winter -LOVED IT! Thanks again for all your help Greg and Kira!!
