The team at Home Improvements Group are wonderful to work with.
Chris designed our kitchen 19 years ago. She was very knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with. We love our kitchen.
Recently, Lacey and Christy designed and completed work on two of our bathrooms.
They are also, very knowledgeable and professional as well as being extremely pleasant to work with.
We found them to be responsive to our needs and to the many questions that we had.
Throughout the process, our concerns were always met with an overwhelming "We'll take care of it" from Lacey and Christy.
They are great at problem solving.
They had helpful suggestions and ideas but were also quite receptive to our ideas and what we had in mind.
We ended up with something better than we had imagined thanks to this talented team.

Met twice with designer to update kitchen counter and island. She suggested it would be $30k budget, sent us home with quartz samples that later we were told the one we picked did not come in the thickness we wanted or big enough. Never got a price estimate while looking at samples or later. Our island was large and designer suggested we do quartz by sink and wood on other side to have an overhang which would be incredibly expensive and not what we wanted. She didn’t want us to take more samples home that might come in the thickness we wanted nor respond to a question we asked by phone so we gave up. We did get a gorgeous quartz that was the right thickness and does provide an overhang to sit at the Home Depot. Ultimately we spent around $7000 on our project doing it that way. The showroom is very nice, staff was very nice but it felt like they couldn’t focus on what we were wanting probably because designer was running months behind in finishing projects.

I purchased an appliance from Chris on 1/21/2011 at the ISE show on the Sac fairgrounds. I was surprised at how much knowledge she had of the appliance and I felt very confident that I would get great customer service. She even provided free delivery to my home. This was over 11 years ago, but I'll never forget how she really took care of me. Very professional and warm person. Thank you again for providing excellent service. I still have the appliance after 11 years!
