I've only been here a month and I'm enjoying the property. It's quiet, it's well kept and my apartment is much bigger than it appeared when I viewed it vacant. I'm still getting acclimated to the open-concept and have become creative with storage. Maintenance requests responsiveness has also been great!

The property is very dog friendly however I wish there was more green space in the gated garden portion of the property. I prefer not to go outside the gates late at night and the doggie relief area is fairly small for such a big property with so many big dogs.

Other than that, I'm thankful to live somewhere so close to nice walking trails, and close proximity to grocery stores and shopping.

Hopefully the city of Hercules will begin construction on the already approved ferry building across the street and I wish more restaurants were down below on the first level. Fingers crossed we'll see more city development progress in 2026!

I love this place! Best apartments I’ve ever lived at! Thanks to Nikki for getting us in so quickly and making move-in a breeze. From day one we were greeted by tenants, making us feel at home. Every time I come home I feel like I’m walking into a 5 star hotel and it smells great inside. The apartment complex is kept clean, especially the amenities. This past year has been amazing.

I’ve lived here for almost a year, and I can confidently say this place is not worth the price. The management doesn’t take complaints seriously and they clearly don’t prioritize residents’ concerns. After submitting numerous noise complaints I was advised to contact security. I contacted security as suggested after an upstairs neighbor was arguing at 2/3am on a weekday in the middle of the night. Unsurprisingly they did not answer.

If you’re considering moving in, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I have a great time here at the Exchange. The Amenities are Great and the Management is excellent. Friendly and Courteous at all times. Jordan the Maintenance Manager has always been very cordial, helpful, and has always fixed anything that arose. It is truly a wonderful place to live.

Fantastic Apartment Complex with Great Amenities and Friendly Staff

Honestly so far so good. We’ve been here about a month and I must say that it has been a wonderful experience. The maintenance team shout out to Jordan and Reagan is top-notch and always quick to respond to any issues that arise. The staff upfront, especially Nikki, are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the living experience even better.

The amenities provided by The Exchange are excellent, and everything is kept in great condition. I particularly enjoy the peaceful area by the water, with lovely hiking trails and a tranquil neighborhood. I feel safe here, and I am genuinely happy with my experience so far.

I love my apartments. No problems at all. Everything always gets handled so quickly with an alert notification. If something needs fixing in my unit. Jordan and the maintenance team are very quick and respectful of requests. Nikki in the Leasing office is the best! She is so helpful when or if I do have questions.

I have been here since 2021 and the experience has been amazing so far. Jordan is always making sure that everything is take care of, him and his team are great at repairs, fast, and very clean. Niki has been amazing as well always providing the best customer service and dedication to the tenants. Highly recommend

I stayed here for a year & some change. It was the most quietest, on point, close commute , and friendly people. The assistant community manager Nikki is the REAL deal. Staying at the exchange made my california experience better. I stayed in the Junior Bedroom and it was very spacious and comfortable.
