Amazing! Prices were very reasonable and I greatly appreciated the written proposal prior to starting so I knew what to expect. Cannot recommend him enough! I needed the original dishwasher (1960s version) removed from my house and the new one installed. The biggest issue was the original was installed 1" below the floor level and from what others said would need to be sawed out. Mike came out and took a look and was able to remove the older dishwasher without sawing and without too much fuss. He was super friendly and worked efficiently.

We just purchased a home in Columbus and needed a variety of work done from installing floodlights to installing a new dishwasher to assembling a trampoline and child’s play set to assembling and hanging two porch swings to putting new hardware and shower heads in the bathrooms and a few other items. Mike did a great job. Did everything well and as promised. We will definitely use him again.

They complete monthly walk throughs of vacant properties and take photos and complete reports. Very responsive. Prices are reasonable. Communication is great! I would recommend this company.
