Five stars…
This builder seems to be building some nice starter homes I’m impressed.
Lot of smart home features
Big lots plenty of room between houses
We would have bought one of these…
On the downside
The HOA in this area charges over 600 dollars a year in dues there are no parks no trails no benches absolutely nothing
Also they charge this 600 plus bucks
At the first of the year
It’s not broken down throughout the year
This fee has gone up every year since we moved in here two years ago
Beware of this before buying
