I have been at The Bridge for almost a year and have really enjoyed it. The building is quiet and well maintained and the office staff are super helpful and friendly. Any issues in my apartment have be fixed promptly and efficiently by David - I’ve rarely had to wait more than 24 hours to get anything resolved.

Cher at the Bridge has made the application and approval process seamless and easy to deal with! We started off with a tour with her and ended up applying, getting approved, and will be moving in. She was very knowledgeable about the property and application process.

Cher is an amazing leasing agent! So welcoming, very sweet and understanding. She did such amazing job touring us and just talking to us. She went above and beyond for us and I really appreciate her as our leasing agent and specially as a person. The apartment unit is really nice with great amenities and pet friendly, and the price is amazing!

David came promptly and fixed our garbage disposal and helped us with the issue of the air filter smell while turned off. He's so polite and always knows how to fix everything! Best maintenance guy I've ever had! Even when it's human error he doesn't make you feel like a dumb dumb!

Dirty disgusting careless and feckless. Mold everywhere. Cleaning is rarely done and often put off. The pool makes you want to shower in bleach. When we found mold we recorded them finding and identifying it in our appt and then they sent an email saying nothing was found but we should open our windows and use the fan that didn’t work. We able to break lease but refused to return security deposit unless we signed a release waiving them from any future liability. I have the recording and emails. Sick sick people.

In 2022, I requested maintenance on my bathroom sink because it was not draining well. Dave, the maintenance guy, first respectfully called and left a voicemail. After responding to him within the day, he swiftly appeared and fixed it quickly.

In 2023, I have made a few requests. One was for malfunctioning lighting, another for the malfunction of the kitchen sink's electric disposal, and multiple clogged shower or sink drain. All again swiftly resolved by Dave as well as by another younger technician whose name I cannot remember.

In 2024, similar request in a clogged bathroom sink which was again swiftly resolved.

So far in 2025, unfortunately, I have to bring the rating down as the nearby pedestrian gate (installed in mid-2024) has been making a loud noise every time somebody opens and closes the door. I have requested for a quieter mechanism for the door's closing, but it has now taken close to two months, and it still has not been resolved. Hopefully, the third-party vendor can respond sooner to the leasing office with a better solution.
