Had all of our old windows plus 2 bay windows replaced. (13 total) it took 3 days and the process went smoothly. The friendly crew arrived on time and did an excellent job.

Winter 2024 kitchen remodel by The Board Store produced a beautiful transformation. We started planning in the summer of 2023 and finalized all selections October of same year. Brandy Nohrenberg was an immense help in guiding to the final selections of materials and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Brandy has a a skilled eye and has vast knowledge of design and products. She approached everything with a warm and friendly relationship. We will certainly seek her help if any future projects arise.
The carpentry crew was Austin and Shane. Their skills are of great detail so the finished product is flawless. I more than once stated they were magicians with their finishing skills. Both guys were very accomodating in all aspects of the project. I can't say enough praise for the 2 of them. Of course Joe in plumbing and Sean the electrician also were in the crew, their work also was great. Our experiences with The Board Store has always been above and beyond what we expected.
Since 2017 they have completed new siding, 2 exterior doors, storm doors and most recent kitchen remodel. We're repeat customers because we've always been happy with the final product.

Overall rating for the planning and execution of our bathroom remodel was excellent. Our primary installer, Russ, along with the other workers involved were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He kept us informed of the progress and the inevitable issues that arise with this type of project. All were ultimately dealt with to our satisfaction. The only area of improvement I would offer is that the final room clean-up could have been better. Nothing major, but things like wood shavings in drawers and general dust should have been removed more thoroughly.
