We are so happy we chose The Basement Sanctuary for our project and could not be more pleased with the results. The entire process was so smooth and easy from the planning stages with TJ to the execution with our contractor Olivier. They were able to do everything we had asked for and everyone that came to our home was timely, professional, courteous and respectful. The communication was excellent and we always knew what to expect and when and they finished right on the timeline that was promised. We only have great things to say about the entire team and process and highly recommend them!

This was a big project but it was so stress-free that we could just sit back and watch the work getting done. They are really professional, did amazing work, absolutely punctual and very tidy. Each of the contractors they worked with were so experienced and they were respectful, quick and efficient with their jobs. Everything was planned and organized really well. They used every bit of space well and we got plenty of storage as well. They didn't waste a single day and work moved like clockwork. I would love to work with them again if we had another basement. The whole process from start to finish was truly amazing. They paid attention to details and communicated very well. They did everything we asked for and did it well and within budget.

The planning process was very straightforward, there were no surprises and all of the people that worked on this project were professional and highly skilled. Colby Lindsey was an excellent guide in this process and Olivier Goedert who was our contact during this project provided excellent communication and results.

Basement Sanctuary was fantastic to work with from the initial consult through delivery. The whole firm is top notch, bringing innovative design ideas, utilizing 3-D visualization in planning meetings, employing talented people to help pick out product options and a personable, caring project manager, Olivier to deliver a beautiful basement on time and on budget. Ours was a large basement project, going from a totally unfinished, concrete-walled space to a 2600 square foot beautiful, multi-use living area.

We were super impressed with everyone we met at The Basement Sanctuary, from the initial meeting through the end of our project. Everyone was friendly and professional, very clear about the process and expectations, and just overall a pleasure to work with. We were told it would take about 8 weeks from start to finish, and they came in right on time and on budget (which amazes me after hearing construction/contractor horror stories)! Great communication over the course of the project as well. Our basement looks amazing, our kiddos love it so much that they don't want to leave.

Amazing experience with The Basement Sanctuary. Best group of folks around to knock out a basement. We got exactly what we wanted. Multiple quotes and they were the best price, most professional out of all people we worked with, came in quick with an ipad - got pictures/measurements, created CAD drawing, change orders are automatically updated/priced out. Great experience and would highly recommend to anyone doing a basement finish. Austin delivered a great experience and result for us - happy with him and his team. They were never a burden, very respectful of the property and our family at all times. Can't thank Austin enough.
