From start to finish, my experience with The Attic Specialist and Sergey team was nothing short of exceptional. The initial consultation was thorough and informative, with Sergey clearly explaining the process of removing the old insulation and replacing it with a new one, energy efficient product.
They patiently answered all my questions and provided a competitive quote with no hidden surprises. On the day of the job, the team, the team arrived promptly and got straight to work, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
They took great care to protect my home, laying down covering and meticulously containing the debris from the attic. The removal of the old insulation was done carefully and thoroughly, and the installation of the new insulation was equally meticulous. I was particularly impressed with their attention to details and they ensured proper coverage and even addressed small problems area they discovered in the process without any extra charges(dryer vent replacement, and attic fan repair, and extra sq ft free of charge)

Don't go anywhere else. This company did a great professional attic cleaning & insulation job for my property, now you can have lunch in the attic. Also the price was at least $1 less than the other estimates I had plus you could get 80% rebate. Alex was very nice and professional. Ill recommend them and will use in future again.

My husband and I had a great experience with Sergey and his crew. They were the most professional and honest compared to 3 other companies.
We scheduled a job right away after they are inspection. They cleaned and removed old insulation from our crawlspace and replaced with a new thermal one. We were very excited with the all process since we were waiting a long time to complete this project.
Finally we are done! Price was the lowest as they promised in they are advertising.

I called and scheduled a free estimate for attic cleaning and remove old insulation. Sergey came out on Friday and was very informative and provided a fair price. I agreed to the pricing and was happy that they were able to come out the next day to perform the work. The crew was on time respectful and did a phenomenal job. I'm very happy with the work performed and the crew that came out. They also took photos for my records which was a great surprise. I would hire them again if needed and highly recommend Attic Specialist. Great Experience.

Thank you Attic Specialist for the great job. The whole process was quick and painless. From the first consultation and dealing with Sergey who came to our house and gave us a Free estimate, to booking it with Suzy at the office, to the actual work . Five stars service for sure. The price was fair and I am very happy with the way my attic looks today. It has been a 5 months since Attic Specialist completed the work, and I can finally enjoy a much cooler home and much better indoor air quality since they replaced our ducts as well.
