Nice guy, but no longer doing business - 1/22/2025

AVOID AT ALL COSTS -- completely unreliable and unprofessional. Scheduled a specific date and time, and then That Guy Handyman did not show up at the appointed hour. I had taken the morning off of work to be present for his arrival. When we contacted him to determine why he had not shown up as scheduled, he abruptly informed us that he was at some school-related event and that "he would have to postpone for later in the day." When asked why he did not inform us of the change, he immediately lost his composure and very rudely informed us that he would not come at all. Beware of this business. Complete lack of respect for his potential customers and their time, and entirely unreliable. I would leave zero stars if that was an option.

Also, I would point out that many of the 5 star reviews below are from individuals with the same last name as the owner. Sure looks like we were snookered by fake reviews from family and made to believe he had done good work for others. Shame on this guy. Finally, the response from the business owner is entirely false. Never happened. Not once was any issue with an Injury mentioned — he said he was “at a school party.” Nothing more.
