They are incredibly honest and reliable, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. Not once did they impose or suggest their own ideas without asking. They meticulously explained every process, asking for my approval before proceeding with each stage. Their keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work is commendable. A few days back, I saw some positive feedback about the prep work done by a certain remodeling company. Fast forward to now, our house has been painted by TerraBuild Contractors, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Here's my review for each step: Preparation: A+ I requested Johnathan and his team to remove a pair of vine bushes that were tightly wrapped around our front gate. They managed to remove it very neatly, far better than our regular gardeners would have done. I also asked them to fix a small section of our fence, which they did very efficiently. They did a commendable job replacing various window trims, a small part of the fascia, and a few other things. Painting: A Painting our house was a labor-intensive task as we wanted distinct colors for the rafters and the eaves' ceilings. When I discussed this with Eric, the team leader, he casually mentioned it would be a lot of work but they were up for the challenge. The team did a fantastic job and the painted surfaces look wonderful. Wrapping up & Cleaning up: A- This was perhaps their least impressive performance. I should have asked them to paint the small front gate with brushes instead of spray painting it. Now, there's a bit of paint on the soil and the pavement near the gate, but nothing i can't clean up. They did well in removing all the large pieces of trash, but I had to pick up a few nails and small wood pieces. If you hire them and emphasize the importance of a thorough clean-up from the start, I'm sure they'd do it. After all, Eric did offer to come back for a more thorough clean-up after I texted him expressing my satisfaction with their work, except the clean up. I declined his offer, considering the team had been working from early morning till late afternoon and the remaining clean-up wouldn't take me much time. Overall, I am truly impressed with their work. Eric, Johnathan, and the team were easy to communicate with. They showed up early in the morning and worked hard throughout the day.
