We used Pini with Team remodeling for our spare bathroom and then re-hired for our master bathroom too. Everything went according to the schedule. It was nice that there wasn’t any downtime waiting for supplies since they were all ordered in advance. No demo until everything was ready.

Crew was all very nice and they limited the loud noise activities when our baby was napping. Also used the side entrance so the dogs wouldn’t see them and bark more.

We did a contemporary/ modern look. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to get that made into reality- even for items they have never done before. I’m also a perfectionist and his team came back many many times for touchups until I was happy. There was some damage during demo to my patio exterior stucco. They fixed with no issue 🙂 Unexpected leak in the spare bathroom during the remodel, the crew was there asap to fix.

Pini & I disagreed on numerous items- the giant 60” tv in a small master bathroom. I love my giant new tv in there now. Extreme number of can lights. Dark grey paint. Even if we disagreed, he made what I wanted happen (and liked a lot of my ideas at the end too).

Working on another estimate with them now for our laundry room adding a sink and cabinetry.

They aren’t the cheapest quote we received for the bathrooms but the most reliable and reputable. Would highly recommend.

Team did a kitchen remodel for us. Pini and his crew were all nice, polite, and professional. Always on time, did a great job on everything, custom cabinets look amazing. They even finished the job on time, exactly when he said he would.

We've engaged Team Remodeling for two bathroom remodel projects, and have been quite happy with the results. We have referred Team Remodeling to friends and neighbors; they've been happy too.

We got four bids on our first bathroom remodeling project. All four contractors (including Team) responded with an identical list of local vendors for plumbing fixtures, counters & tile, and electricals. Only Pini at Team volunteered to accompany us to the vendors to pick out these items, provide his discount, and assure us that the materials would all work in harmony with the cabinets they'd make (and during one project they made good on this when a set of sinks turned out to be too deep for the counter depth). Team's bid also came out substantially lower than the other contractors.

We particularly liked their process. They don't start demolition until all (ALL!) materials are on hand, and then they don't stop until the job is complete. This really minimizes disruption, and gets the job done very efficiently.

Team Remodeling & Construction, Inc. is very highly recommended by many homeowners in the Conejo Valley. Our contractor, Pini, is a man of his word, professional, trustworthy and highly regarded in the community. He remodeled our entire house and finished it in half the time other contractors had promised us and what tops it all, he encouraged us to stay home during construction not to incur extra rental and restaurant expenses and the project was done without much of disturbance. He has his own workers, they are extremely focused on their project and they provide you with meticulous work. Pini patiently helped us shop for our fixtures, tiles, appliances and all materials needed for the project and always gave us his honest advice. He was never hesitant to spend the longest hours with us while shopping and we never felt rushed. Pini is always accessible for any question, or should an issue arise during the remodel. We highly recommend Pini. His estimates are very reasonable for the quality of work he provides and for his endless services. By the end of the project, we felt we owe the company.

TEAM REMODEL can be described in one word: INTEGRITY. First time I ever worked with a contractor who quoted me one price and that was the one price I paid. No hidden, additional, whoops charges. They don't begin the job unless they can finish the job, no waiting for parts, etc. to come in. They do not demolish until all components are in their possession so that once the project is begun they work each weekday until completion. Everyone on the team is pleasant and well versed in their craft. Last year they remodeled the guest bathroom, and they are about to begin remodeling our master. bathroom. Go TEAM Remodel!
