With the work that TDS did, I was so impressed throughout the whole process. Our experience with TDS Custom Construction has spanned a decade, with first a complete basement remodel undertaken about 10 years ago. The design, the underlying mechanicals, and the construction quality were absolutely the best. Our remodeled basement looks and functions as well now as when it was completed.

Currently we have been working with TDS staff Eric and Nancy on designs for kitchen and bathroom remodeling. They have been great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, patient with our questions and indecision, and focused on providing us exactly what we are looking for. In fact, they have been experts at helping us discover what it is we are looking for, even if we can’t articulate it very well. They have been very gracious and supportive throughout the process, and we are thrilled with the design plans that are the result.

After a year of reaping the benefits from our TDS Home Performance review, we are still pinching ourselves, realizing how essential this has been to our comfort. The review and subsequent work from the attic down was done during a major reno of our home by TDS Construction and, even though the Home Performance work was "non-cosmetic," its worth is priceless. The insulation added to the attic space and in the exterior walls done during the new siding phase of the reno has made such a difference in the comfort level in the entire home, especially in the warmth/cooling of the second floor. Steve was very patient with us, explaining the work to be done and the reasons behind shoring up this 85-year old home.
