I've been a customer for over 4 years with TCT. Their pricing is very reasonable for services provided. In 4 years, I have never had a single issue with wifi connection or speed. Very friendly, fast service the few times I've needed assistance

Have been with TCT a few years now, upgraded to the faster connection for streaming and gaming purposes. Have had absolutely no issues with our service since the date of installation! I always appreciate the quick personalized service of the Powell phone tech support and staff. ***Most recently and particularly I must mention Sam the tech that drove out to my house in the country TWICE and tried everything to help get my router and tv settings to work. Even after 5 pm! Even when it became obvious that the router was the problem! Small towns DO have advantages and our very own TCT office is one of them!

We are very happy with our service. We live out of town and don't have a lot of internet options. TCT dosen't have data thresh holds that limit your internet usage. We have multiple devices hooked up at one time and yet we still don't have to deal with slowdowns.

Set up was easy, and when a storm caused my internet to go down I was able to call and spoke with a friendly representative. They sent someone out the next morning. Price is reasonable. Very happy with my service.
