Got a 9 am call from their senior apartment facility (I have insomnia and didn't get to sleep until literally 6 am). Called the number back when I woke up and asked what they had needed and the manager of that facility started screaming at me that she hadn't called, so no one had called me. I literally hit the call back button my cell phone. She started off screaming at me for asking why they called and she ended up being told exactly what her behavior made me want to say to her. If this is how you treat people who return your unasked for calls, I can't imagine how you treat your actual residents.
