Taylor Made Construction did a great job on my deck rebuild. Their work was thorough and meticulous all the way through and exceeded my expectations. I’d say they are more craftsmen than carpenters with great attention to detail and appearance. And working with them was easy. They were very professional with detailed written quotes and invoices and someone always available in the office if I had questions. The work was performed in the time estimated and for the quoted price. All in all, I’m very happy with TMC and intend to use them for several other projects I have for my home.

Taylor Made happen to hire 2 or our favorite guys that built another deck. Every aspect of this process everyone was accurate, on time, and was a pleasant experience. Job well done by Taylor Made Construction. Repanel one wall of 2-story garage; replace front entrance deck to home. They kept work area tidy. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. James did a great job of helping to define and manage the project. The office was good at communicating and moving the project forward. We were pleased to find that our previous good experience with sister company American Eagle Roofing was also reflected with Taylor Made Construction. We will definitely ask for proposals for future work from these two companies.

My deck and front door landing were nearly falling down, so I got several quotes for replacement. Choosing Taylor Made was a no-brainer - they were the only contractor that came out on time and provided me with a professional comprehensive quote. Those in rural El Dorado County know that good work is hard to find ... so I'm glad I found TMC! We got it scheduled and everything went according to plan. They even finished up early because they knew I was expecting guests. The office staff, project manager, and construction crew were all fantastic.... and the end result is beautiful. Couldn't be happier!

We had several bids to repair/replace siding on our second dwelling unit. Taylor responded with their bid in a timely manner and we selected them based on our on site meeting. The bid was fair. Their work was professional and timely. We highly recommend Taylor Made.

Update Nov 2024. The Taylor Made team reached out and explained the gap in communications then did a great job of following up and resolving our issue. It was unfortunate that the original communication gap occurred but I am now happy with the work they did for us and am looking at other projects with them.

Feel ghosted by these guys. After pushing back the start date by 3 weeks at the last minute, they finally did come and fix leaks in our back wall. It was a big and expensive project yet its been real hard to get them to respond when we still have issues. The people doing the work were good and professional. After it was done, we noticed some additional leaking which took them a while to address but did. Now we're still seeing what appears to be leaks or damage but getting them to come look at it then do something about it is impossible. I don't feel the need to hound service providers to get them to follow up on the work I paid them for so I'm give up on Taylor Made and won't be giving them any more of my business.

Andrew is a man of his word, he and his team were incredible to work with, so much so that this is my first and probably last google review. I recommend Taylor Made Construction for any and all home improvement needs. My neighbors watched my deck project in real time and they took away my feelings, they will be working with Taylor Made and Andrew soon.

After speaking with three contractors about the dry rot issues on a very complex deck, I decided to retain the services of TMC thanks to Andrew. His customer service skills and knowledge are exemplary. The work was complete and ahead of the original schedule. The follow up and job review were appreciated. I will be using them on another upcoming project. As a side note their pricing was very reasonable with no over runs.
