I would strongly recommend them for any of your property management needs . I’ve been under them for 15 years and Diane Warwick is beyond what you call caring and always reliable ,she cares about her tenants.. She makes sure what we needs to be done is taken care of immediately . Any time I called her and let her know about any issue, she was always quick to respond . By far she is the best at anything she does .. Tallahassee Real estate solutions is the best I’ve ever dealt with .. You truly won’t be disappointed with Diane ..

Diane is great!!!! Always professional, always positive energy! The office doesn't treat you like you should be glad they exist to take your hard earned money. Getting any maintenance issue handled is NO struggle. You can pay rent online & submit your maintenance requests there. The lawn service that is used for my property is very professional as well. I have no complaints. Keep up the great work Tallahassee Real Estate Solutions!

Its hard to get a call back. I couldnt even get one. How can you get your sellers a good offer when you don't call potential clients back? This seems to be a bit shady. Careful when listing with this place.
