We worked directly with Nick for roughly 6 months and can vouch for his professionalism, timeliness and quality of work. Nick and his team remodeled our bathroom, laundry room and downstairs hallway. This was a multi-dimensional project that we were designing as we went and Nick was so incredibly helpful throughout the process. He supported us through permitting, design, build and multiple inspections. My partner and I both work from home and Nick was super understanding of that and always conscious of noise.

One of my favorite qualities about Nick is his open communication. He always kept us up to date with progress and was always available via phone or text when we had questions or concerns. He hired incredibly talented subcontractors and always made sure they were up to speed.

The project came in almost exactly what he quoted which made it really easy for us to budget and work with our insurance for the pieces of the project that were covered. I think he was able to quote the project so well because he has solid experience across multiple disciplines and had a baseline understanding of how everything would have to be designed/built to work together. This made design conversations super easy with him.

Overall, we had a great experience working with Nick and I highly recommend Tahoe Chalet!

I highly recommend Nick. Nick showed up to check out the project on time. Work started on time and was finished on time. Even tho I made a few changes he was still done on time. Quality work.
