Can I rate them any lower? Our closing processor obviously didn't know what they were doing during most of the process, screwed up numerous times at closing. THEN at the end of the year we get a bill from the State saying we owe 'an additional fee' as a result of our real estate transaction. I provided the bill to them, they said 'oh yah, you need to pay that.' I gave them a chance to make it right because this was their third mistake, they chose to send me a snotty email instead. Please choose a different company for your closing needs.
