I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sweetwater Sanitation. I was on a girls trip and our shower and toilet started to back up. Our handyman was working on our house and realized it was our septic system. Left a VM on Wednesday. Called them again Thursday. They reassured me I was on their emergency list! They arrived later Thursday morning. Tank was full. Pump was burned out and alarm wasn’t working. They pumped the tank and contacted someone to replace the pump and that company arrived the next morning. In the rain and replaced our pump and made sure alarm was working. We are in the portal so they will contact the county for us so we don’t have to take care of that.
Had nothing but outstanding communication with everyone I spoke with and dealt with. They explained everything and asked for my approval before they did anything!!!!
Hopefully I won’t need our septic pumped again for another three years…but when we do, I will contact Sweetwater Sanitation! Thank you Jason and Nate.

Again, if I could give negative stars, I would. I have NEVER written a bad review of any business, but this place definitely warrants it. My sister and I stayed with our mother while she was on hospice and dying when her water backed up. We cleaned up the mess and called Sweetwater. As others have posted, they never answered their phone and their mailbox was full. We kept trying, and finally got through and finally after 2 days, someone answered. We explained the urgency of the situation; mother dying, in hospital bed, etc. They said they would "try" to get to it in 24 hours and would call us back. They never did, so my sister drove to their shop, (which is about 4 blocks away), and BEGGED them to come. They said they would get to us, "when they could, as others were in line for service ahead of us", which we totally understood, and even volunteered to call several people who were ahead of us, and explain the situation, thinking most people would understand the gravity of the situation and let us ahead of them for service. They refused to do that, and NEVER contacted us again. We hauled in water to flush the toilet and bathe our mother, and after 5 days another plumbing company came and did the work. It took them about 2 hours to fix the problem. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. My mother had been a customer of Sweetwater several times previously, so naturally they were the first ones we called. So..........bottom line: if you EVER need any plumbing done, do NOT call this business.

If I could give sweetwater a rating of 0 I would. My grandparents have been trying to get sweetwater out to their property here since July of 2018. We’ve called and got no answer the voicemail is full so we can’t even leave a message. We even went into the office and spoke to someone. We’ve been promised service for months to no avail. Finally got a hold of him and he said he was so busy that he just hasn’t had time to come out. Is 4 months not enough notice? He made excuses as to why he hasn’t come out.. there’s only one truck running septic...the ground is too soft... why do you think we called in July when the ground was hard? All I have to say is NEVER use sweetwater.

Told us they'd come out to pump our system, they didn't show, didn't call and didn't answer when we've called them 3 times. What kind of a company doesn't show, call or reschedule? A company that doesn't care I guess, good luck with that mess. Don't waste your time

I hate to write such a bad review but this is very upsetting to me and going to be costly to fix. Twice I called (the second call was this morning while he was writing up my ticket) and I gave them very explicit instructions to STAY OFF the blacktop drive way and to use my auxiliary driveway as I did not care about the grass over there. They show up today and even over my wife's objections about the blacktop driveway, they inform her that they were told to stay off the grass. Now my new blacktop driveway is all tore up from that heavy truck. What can a home owner do to prevent damage to property from people that DON"T LISTEN!!! Makes me wonder if they drink that "Sweetwater" and I can't help but wish I had called someone else.

Yeah I’ve had the same problems Sweetwater doesn’t return their phone calls doesn’t answer and last year they were late servicing my system and it froze cracking my septic tank
