Beautiful place to live, but we had to move when rent increased by $500 in two years. When we first moved in 2021, just 4 years ago, the large 2 bedroom unit was only ~$1540/month. Its crazy to see that their small one bedroom units now go for that price. Management was great and we REALLY loved living here. Its unfortunate to see how rent continues to skyrocket and all the landlords just follow each other's steps in taking advantage of tenants.

We recently had a fireplace issue and parts were weeks out. Nick kept on top of the issue and kept us informed. Ilier made a quick and excellent repair as soon as the parts were in.

Great location with many trails. Perfect neighborhood if you're a dog owner or enjoying walking. The property itself is clean and well taken care of. Nick has done an amazing job as the Community Director. He is always making sure if we have any questions or concerns that they are taken care of and answered. He has gone above and beyond in trying to make changes throughout the property. Any repairs that are ever needed have always been taken care of immediately. Management has been so helpful during our time here.

My wife and I have lived at Swan Creek for about 5 months and have absolutely loved it! Kara puts in an immense amount of effort into building a community among residents and into constantly improving the property in any way she can. Kara will also make every effort to be as accommodating as possible to both new and existing residents when help is needed from management.

Swan Creek is only a few minutes from downtown Madison but just outside of the business of the big city to be quiet and peaceful. Fitchburg is an amazing city to live in, especially for people who love being outdoors and biking. I have lived in 3 Madison-area apartments in the last 4 years and have by far enjoyed my time at Swan Creek the most!

I'm new to the Fitchburg area and am extremely happy with my decision of Swan Creek. The community is filled with things to do on a monthly basis, and everyone is so welcoming.

The staff at Swan Creek is exceptional. Kara is by far the most dedicated and passionate Community Director I've ever worked with! I truly believe she'd give the shirt of her back if you needed it.

10/10 would recommend Swan Creek to anyone!

I am very happy I made the decision to move into swan creek apartments when I relocated to the Madison area. Kara is an exceptional director. Her customer service is what sold me on signing a lease - She really shows that she cares about the residents who live here. The buildings are super quiet even with many dogs living on the property! My 3rd floor balcony is very spacious and the building is located close to parks and trails. The management team has communicated promptly and have been available to answer any questions or address any concerns.
Dennis who is in charge of maintenance is pleasant, professional, and gets things taken care of swiftly upon request.
Living at this property has made moving to a brand new city much more comforting.

I came to the US from Japan for a one-year stay at UW-Madison
and it has been one month since I moved in this apartment. I had a hard time finding an apartment, as I was not familiar with the living situation in the US and had a small dog with me, but Kara was very helpful in guiding me through the process. The process was very smooth and made my life in the US, which was unfamiliar to me, very wonderful. As well as Swan Creek, Fitchburg is a very natural and pet-friendly city. There are few shops around, but there is a convenience store within a three-minute walk, so you don't feel inconvenienced in your daily life.Kara is a great manager who is frequently concerned about the residents' lives and environment.

I have been super happy with my sweet studio apartment. The management and maintenance teams are fantastic. My apartment is gorgeous and surprisingly spacious. The location is stellar with woods nearby as well as bike trails. I have hardly heard a noise since I moved in. I occasionally hear someone in the hallway or upstairs but it' so minimal I barely notice. I appreciate the secure heated garage and storage area as well as the overall security of the building. I'm so glad I made this choice for me and my pooch!
