The agents we had, were inexperienced and lazy! We had a building for sale for 4 years. We brought the agent at least 20 potential buyers through cold calling, networking etc., he brought none. We couldn't get ahold of him past 5 o'clock and NEVER ON Saturdays!! We got rid of SVN, and 2 months later, sold the building through a contact we made!! The 2nd deal we used SVN and the agent's negotiating skills were horrible. Again, the lack of experience thwarted a potential deal. Moreover, this agent was more worried about a vacation in the middle of negotiations! True story!

Wildly inexperienced company, the owner is involved in similar fraud style companies, man of many lawsuits, this is a franchise, essentially play company for the owner. The employees consist of basically two people and their background is selling phones and the assistant Aaron to the owner has absolutely 0 knowledge of this business, let alone contracting. They will do 0 work for you, they will not make effort in sales for you and they will lead on or rip off any individual that’s has enough bad luck to rent anything associated with this company, don’t believe the good reviews. If you want success for your business there are many other companies that will be more than happy to help and they have experience.
