Recently toured the Jordan home. Mike Gray showed us around. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions. He made us feel at home and made it easy to picture ourselves in the home. The home itself is great quality and gorgeous! We are looking forward to our next meeting to discuss our future home build!!

Our entire home buying process was a fantastic and a smooth journey.

Brandon was our 1st point of contact . He guided us with everything we wanted . As we were new to the city and 1st time home buyer , Brandon made sure we were updated with each process of our home construction . The orientations were helpful too where we get to see the current situation of the home.

Though William ryan group is not a custom builder but they have provided us a wide variety of options to choose from including the elevation and a list of selections to make for the interior of our home .

The closing process was smooth. As promised , Dan and Brandon made to sure to handover our home on the mentioned the closing date.

After we moved to our house , Dan helped us with each and every minute things. It’s been 5months we moved to this community and we are really happy with our home purchase in this community. Overall it’s a beautiful and a peaceful community with a friendly neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We didn't set out to build a brand new home when relocating for work but stumbled on a William Ryan spec home in our search. After reaching out, we were quickly put in touch with Brandon. Living 2.5 hours away and dealing with the start of covid we were able to view the home, already under construction, virtually. Brandon also took the time to walk us around the neighborhood and provided details about Sussex. We quickly decided this was a home we wanted to pursue. The William Ryan design team had already chosen fixtures and finishes all of which we were very satisfied with and Dan was able to make the few changes we wanted to stamp it as our own. Brandon kept us up to date with weekly videos which were wonderful as we couldn't be there to watch it take shape. They were even able to finish a few weeks ahead of schedule to accommodate our timeline. A year later we are so happy we made the move.

Wonderful experience beginning to end, thanks in large part to Brandon and the rest of the WRH team. The home design and purchase process has been almost fun (yeah, I said it) and we would recommend this organization to anyone! Great community, modern amenities (paths, pool, & renovated clubhouse) and engaging HOA provide vibrant, hopeful days ahead as our family transitions into Sussex life. After we closed on our home in 2016 we waited more than a year to have our punch list items addressed. Some of the issues that come up in the warranty period were pretty serious: leaking windows, loose stair rails, broken furnace, bad plumbing, etc. A couple years after all that we noticed a ball of mold growing out of our baseboard near an exterior door. When we went to replace the door we discovered it had been improperly flashed. The floor, rim joist, and even some of the wall around the door were rotten. See the pictures attached. Fortunately I was able fix all this stuff myself rather than pay contractors. It was a lot of work. Worst of all was the way they treated me when I contact them about this door. The service person I spoke to was really rude and operated in bad faith. I was polite and was not really expecting much from them. That final experience has motived me to spend some time warning people about this builder. A terrible experience overall. shoddy workmanship, and a huge amount of disruption dealing with all the issues they left. Most of the people in our neighborhood had bad experiences as well.
