She’s my “primary” doctor but she’s not taking any new patients! No problem but take your name off the list so insurances don’t have you as an option to choose from. There’s other primary doctors that actually do there jobs! First and worst experience!

Was my doctor for over 20 years. Burned out now and letting the group practice, and a rude, incompetent office staff run her practice. More interested in "turfing" patients elsewhere than answering messages or acting like a pcp. Very disappointing

Horrible terrible and sad! I tried to make an appointment and everything was all set for the next day..then I receive a call back in 10 minutes from the snotty and condescending receptionist who claimed that they cannot take take me and I'll have to wait 3 months for the next available slot for a physical! She claims it's due to too many physicals on that day . I already confirmed with my insurance company that I could be seen. 3 months is totally unacceptable and disrespectful and rude! To make it worse Natasha the lovely receptionist hung up on me. Try another Dr ! Don't even call unless you want to be abused and lied to. Such a disgrace!

Awful experience with this office. I am searching for a new primary doctor and wanted to touch base with the doctor but could only get an appointment for a holiday week, so I made a virtual appointment to see the doctor because I am out of town. The office called me two days after I made the appointment and basically said the doctor will not see me virtually and acted like I did something wrong by using that function. I was treated very rudely by the person that called from the office. I did not expect to be treated like I did something wrong or turned away by a potential new doctor's office. Very disappointed, especially because the reviews were so good.
