I hired this company back in October 2020 to do a mathematical complete survey of my entire property line as well as the entire street. It took 5 weeks to actually get an appointment with Surveying and Drafting, Inc. At the time, it seemed that they were efficient at doing their job. When they completed it, I acted on and relied on their survey as being correct & exact. After a dispute of the property line with another surveyor hired by the condo developer of next door, I found out 5 weeks ago that Surveying & Drafting Services NEVER filed my survey with the county of LA back in 2020! Their excuse was: “You got lost in the cracks!" and I have those words in writing! Then they told me that they will survey the street again on May 19, 2021, only to tell me that they were wrong in the calculations in favor of the developer. I paid a very high price for this company and their calculations were incorrect! Also, the owner of the company, Ofer Shapira, included me in an email that said that he would call me and he never did. Save your money and DO NOT hire this company! They suck the life out of you financially & they don’t even do the job correctly!
