From last 1 year im waiting for my tapu i invested money in antalya office and paid all instalments but since one year they are not giving me tapu i they to go every day antalya office . They say finance department wil refund money but since many days noth happened . Their is not a good way to aolve my problems i gove me tapu so i can relqx and return to ky country i have apartment in antalya suryapi . If any managmenet read this message kindly solve my issue farooq ali from pakistan . Want my tapu from antalya

Başınıza bela almak istiyorsanız suryapı'dan ev alın. Size söylenen teslim süresini en az 3 ile çarpın. O sürede anca fiziki teslim yapar suryapı, tapuyu da bir o kadar daha beklemeniz lazım. 1,5 yılda teslim edilmesi gereken daireyi 4,5 yılda teslim ettiler. Üstüne 7 ay geçti tapu için süre veremiyorlar. Sözleşmede halbuki tapunun hemen teslim edilmesi gerekiyor. Yani ne imzalarsanız imzalayın, sözleşme ne yazarsa yazsın bu firma hiçbirine riayet etmez, keyfine göre davranır. Başınıza bela almak istiyorsanız buyurun Suryapı tam size göre.

Adam cevher projesinde 3+1 eve 20 milyon tl istiyor, evin teslimi 2025 aralık 🙂 170 m2 brüt diyor yanlış anımsamıyorsam. Ümraniyede 900 m2 daire yapılabilecek arsa 25-30 mn tl bandında. Yani bu dairenin arsa payı olsun olsun en fazla 4,5mn tl. İnşaat maliyeti de kralı gelse 2mn tl. Etti 6,5 mn tl. 2 sene sonra teslim edecegi evin peşin değeri 20 mn tl, iki sene de faizini koyacak kenara. Tamam insan yaptıgı işten kar eder tabi de, böyşe fiyatlamalar ile emlak piyasası resmen yerinden oynatılıyor, bu büyük firmaların bitmez hırsları yüzünden fakirler ev bulamıyor , küçük müteahhitler de arsaları yüksek fiyattan almak zorunda kalıp batıyorlar.
