I am sorry but what kind of company would set an apt for today at 1pm and not call me to cancel, and when I finally got a hold of them... they said someone should have called and they apologized. I took the afternoon off to assist here and time was wasted. Talk about being professional and on-time, this is absurd and no professional courtesy at all. Put this on your review. How about that?

They even called yesterday to confirm the apt at 1pm today and they do not know they don't service the Ontario CA area. I understand this is a small job and why they stood us up, the gentleman mention they do everything and re-confirmed it all on SUN.
