Sean and his team help do a new build for me at my Palo Alto house. Simply put, we deconstructed in March 2022 and we moved into the house in March 2023. Additionally, since we've moved in, they've come back to fix little stuff here and there without any issues at all. This is all done through the pandemic, design change where I had to add (82) 18' deep piers, lumber and other material cost escalations, and the horrendous Palo Alto building department inefficiencies. We came in within the bank approved budget (with contingency) and faster than his original schedule. Not sure what else more to say but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend.

After doing our homework and talking with several of Sean Supple's previous clients, all of whom had nothing but excellent experiences and results with Supple Homes, we interviewed him ourselves and found him to be extremely professional, capable, and knowledgeable. We ran into several unexpected issues with our project and Sean was a trusted expert in both the issues and the resolutions. At a time when many projects were stalled or costs increased exponentially due to COVID, Sean help us keep our project moving forward and provided invaluable advice and service.

We were especially impressed with our project manager/foreman, Dave Richardson. Dave was on site every day ensuring that the project was moving along in a timely manner and done to his very high standards. Often he identified and fixed issues/problems before we even knew they existed. Dave's technical skills and knowledge are unmatched. Given that we had never built a home before there was much we didn't know but Dave always either had the correct answer or knew how to find it. He gave us invaluable advice on numerous design and construction elements. He also has excellent relationships with his subcontractors and hires only the best.

In this year and a half-long project, which resulted in the home of our dreams, the entire Supple Homes crew exceeded our expectations and made the entire process enjoyable.
