Just traded a 5055E, which we purchased from SunSouth approximately 9 years ago, for a 5075E, and worked with Jason Aycock, out of the Samson, AL office. Very pleasant experience. Their delivery people, Ross and Michael, were very professional, on time and friendly/helpful. I will say this, as well: We have dealt with SunSouth for service, with a tech by the name of Jake, and they have always been very professional and friendly. 5 stars all of the way!

I have recently purchased a John Deere tractor from Sunsouth Samson CCE Jason Aycock was my Sales Rep. he could not have been nicer and more helpful. He has done everything I can ask him. Steve was the manager of the company and he was also very helpful and very nice Ross delivered the tractor and told me how to use it. He told me everything I think that I needed to know in order to operate the tractor correctly. I would recommend anybody who is buying a tractor to go to Sunsouth Samson

Without a doubt, Sunsouth is the best in service and technical competency in the area when it comes to repair and maintenance of equipment. Anyone who does end up purchasing a John Deere mower and has difficulties getting it repaired or regular maintenance by any of the small engine or other repair shops in the Wiregrass only needs to contact Sunsouth and they will pick up & deliver, work gets done quickly and they explain all the work. In particular, this go-around I'd like to thank Mr. Ross McDuffie for his technical expertise and work on my mower - runs great and I appreciate him explaining all the work he accomplished getting my John Deere repaired.
