Sunshine is the best! My husband and I are looking to buy a house in Los Angeles and needed a reliable foundation assessment, and Sunshine Foundation came out to do a home inspection and checked the foundation. Had cracks all over my walls I went ahead and painted thinking I can cover the problem and they keep coming back that’s when I realized there was a bigger issues. I called Sunshine and they provided me me a quote for foundation repairs and they gave me the best price from everyone else. Sam was the guy that initially came out and he was very nice and also helped come very close to my budget which was great’ I called in that same day left a deposit and scheduled the work. Everything was easy breezy! Extremely satisfied with the outcome!

This company has been great from start to finish. I really appreciate all the hard work the team put into my home. I was told by Lee that my house would get very dusty since they are replacing my interior slab. The crew did a great job covering all furniture and blocking out the rest of my house with a plastic wall barrier. Also love all the update calls from the office daily. The last gentleman (forgot his name) was very helpful. Met up the city inspector and made sure to coordinate with me. Thank you Sunshine team!

Our home was built in 1972 and we decided to have an inspection to make sure our homes foundation was in good standings. Sunshine Foundation was the only company that came out and told us our home was in great condition and no work had to be done. This is not typically how companies work and I really appreciated their honesty. The assessor went into our crawl space and took photos. We went over photos and he explained why work was not necessary. Of course it was our choice to make minor changes if we wanted but to know that our home was in great standing was satisfying news. I genuinely want to thank this company for their honesty.

I had a great experience with this company! After all the rains I’ve been noticing all the cracks in my home were progressing. Ram was extremely knowledgeable and showed us we had a 3” slope in our living room. He gave us options but highly recommended using helical piers. A 6 man crew came in and performed 5 helical piers and were able to lift up our living room wall almost perfect. As promised, he said all the landscape will return to its original design and so it did!

Had my foundation replaced by sunshine foundation. Sam was very responsive throughout the process. I must say the job is very intense as your house is literally in the air. The crew that performed the work did a great job and did not skip out on one day of work. These guys worked 6 days a week for a month (very impressive). Overall i hope I never have to do this kind of work again but if I do it will definitely be by sunshine!

Working with sunshine foundation repairs has been such a great experience. To find a company that is responsive, punctual, and does as promised is challenging but we found it! Arianna scheduled our inspection for the following week. Lee did a thorough inspection and had the estimate sent to me the same night with a detailed scope of work for my foundation replacement. The crew showed up the following week to begin and finished in a few days as promised. Permits were obtained fairly quickly. The site was cleaned upon completion. I have zero complaints!
