Sunset Home Builders helped my house climb out of a deep maintenance hole. I hired them to do multiple jobs surrounding a water damage issue. They corrected all the outside runoff and drainage issues, waterproofed everything, eliminated environmental issues, and replaced my living room floor including any subfloor needed.

We also decided to go ahead and replace all my siding, including reframing a few areas that needed new wood, additional waterproofing, adding insulation all the way around the house, and even a new window where a particularly poor condition was found under the old siding. It is practically a whole new house now!

I added before and after images of the floor damage, and a picture of new siding that used to be old damaged siding full of holes and bee hives. This was the area that they even put a new window in for me. You can also see the pavers they did that step down the hill beautifully. That goes all the way around the front of the house too. I used to just have dirt and gravel there.

I could not be happier with the result. They are a great team and I will see them again next year or so for a carport and deck project. Thank you Omri, Kyle, and your whole crew.

We used Sunset Home Builders for a complete reroof of our detached garage, and highly recommend them. The garage roof was in very poor condition and required complete tear-off. Sunset worked around predicted rain to be certain the garage would not be left exposed. Their crew did demolition on a Sunday, and work proceeded predictably across the next several days. Their workers arrived when stated, worked carefully and credibly. Clean up was done well.
Our interactions with Sunset were great, they were responsive at all times. The building inspector's comment at the end of the project was "nice roof."

We've since been through the rains around Christmas and New Years 2023, and we have no leaks!

Sunset was cost competitive and we highly recommend them.

Exceptional Service! From start to finish with talking with Yosef on the phone and him explaining the process to myself and my parents who are elderly. The team working on the roof was always clean and careful while being efficient and doing a great job.

This all happened during the heavy rains we had a couple months ago. I called Sunset Home Builders and that afternoon they were out to cover the roof to deflect from anymore leaks and damage to the house.
