Never lived at their properties but had to block their number because they kept calling me over and over early in the morning looking for Tyson Jones, for a delivery, who I repeatedly said was not me.

You never get an answer if you live at any of the properties they manage. You’re looked at as though you’re poor and lowly and they’re annoyed at you for even having asked a question. Maybe, just maybe- not having Teresa as the property manager of EVERYTHING. She doesn’t answer calls, she’s NEVER in her office during office hours listed. The maintenance men are creepy and useless. Every incident is fixed with a band-aid rather than actually fixing what’s wrong.
