This is the first time we have worked with Summit Built for our remodeling and we can say that they are probably the best contractors we have ever used. Prompt, friendly and professional from start to finish. And the quality of work is absolutely top notch! Pricing is very reasonable and all their sub-contractors are equally good. Phil, Nick and the team at Summit did a really great job on a tricky bathroom addition. They were very easy to work with, and all of their sub-contractors were talented and clearly cared and had an attention to detail. The bathroom turned out really nice with custom tilework, heated floors, re-arranged laundry area and cabinets.

We already had them back for another project - a custom metal and wood handrail and we will likely have them continue to do remodel projects in the future.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a kitchen/bath/home remodel.

We hired Summit Built due to a referral from a friend to remodel our entire house: kitchen, 3 baths, refinish hard wood, replace windows, doors, trim, lights, flooring, tile, electrical and plumbing. They are detailed and clean and hire great subcontractors. Phil kept the project moving to keep us on a tight timeline. He is super-responsive, easy to work with and does great work! I would recommend them and hire them again in heartbeat!

When perusing reviews you wonder how do folks feel after all is said and done? That is the moment of truth. I just wrote out my last check to Summit Builders and could not be happier. It has been so been worth it. They remodeled and reconfigured my master bedroom, bathroom, closet and shuffled around my attic access. They did SUPER QUALITY work. They were great at communication. Their contractors were high caliber and professional and flat out, I felt like everyone cared the entire time. They were respectful of our family during the process and even helped me with a couple of small things outside of the project. For me, it was these little things that were very much above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Phil and his team helped me create the master bathroom of my dreams! Phil walked me through the remodel process from complete tear out to the finished product. He gave me a bid that was fair and everything was spelled out, unlike all of the other bids for my project. There were no surprises. Phil has a team of professionals that do excellent work. I could not be happier with my bathroom. Phil made sure all of the work that was done was up to my standards. I would use Summit Built again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend Summit Built - just completed full house remodel and results are stunning & exceeded our expectations! I contacted Summit Built by phone the week after the 4th of July, 2020. I received a call back within a day. On 7/13/20, I emailed them a document with images of our house details of our project.

On 7/14/20, I received this message: "I’ll look over this in the next few days and see what I can come up with." Great!

By 7/25/20, I still hadn't received anything, which I thought was weird because (one of?) the owner(s?) lives just a few blocks away, and Summit Built was on my street every day doing work on a house four down from ours.

On 7/27/20, I received this email: "I will be in the area tomorrow as we are doing a remodel a few houses down form yours, and will stop by to look at it in person. I’ll definitely get you something very soon."

It is now 10/10/20, and we haven't received anything. There is absolutely no problem if a business says, "Hey, you know what, we don't have time for your project right now, but we appreciate you thinking of us." That's professional and respectful of potential clients' time.

I gave two stars because the INITIAL contact was good, but the rest? Disappointing and unprofessional.
