Summerville Homes built our home back in 2003 in Phenix City, Alabama. 1400 square feet on the perfect plot of land. Mr Mixon was contentious and responsive to our every request, question, and plan. We were first time home buyers and were very blessed to have a fabulous experience. The quality, design, and functionality of our home is second to none. We would absolutely use Summerville Homes if we ever need another home.

The home built by Summerville Homes, Inc has been nothing but one problem after another since we purchased it in 2009. Poor quality, maybe less on looks and more on quality next time. I can only speak for this home as he has built many others in the area. I would not recommend this company to anybody. We thought a local builder would take the time to make a quality product but were absolutely wrong!
