Sam is an incredible engineer and structural expert. He was extremely generous with his time and very patient, answering all of our questions. He not only explained potential issues, but he also explained the root cause of the issues so that we truly understood all the elements at play.
It’s obvious that he has the interest of the homeowner as his first priority, making sure to offer solutions that were budget conscious and letting us know the difference between work that was vital to do soon and work that could be held off for a while.
I will absolutely be calling him in the future.

We had Sam come and visually assess our home prior to starting several renovation projects.

Prior to our scheduled appointment, he was responsive and communicative via phone and text, and on the day of our appointment, he was punctual (actually early).

During the appointment, he was friendly, easy to work with, professional and most importantly, incredibly thorough during the walkthrough with both us and our GC; we definitely felt like we were in good hands and could trust his expert opinion.
