It is hard for us to put into words how pleased we are with Strong Tower’s work. So pleased, we hired them FOUR times!

1) A new front porch, shutters and lighting on our federal style brick house. Strong Tower completely transformed the look of the front of our house in 3 days. We’ve had so many neighbors and passersby compliment us on the fresh new look.

2) The addition of a 24’ x 16’ sunroom and deck along the back of our house. Strong Tower turned a rough concept into a showplace! Many visitors have said it’s like something you’d see in Better Homes & Gardens.

3) Installing a sidewalk and French drain tied into the existing storm sewer, solving a drainage problem between ours and our neighbor’s house that had plagued us for many years.

4) Painting the garage door and gable-side of our garage to match the new sunroom exterior.

When we first met with Aaron and Bert, they asked us to describe our dream sunroom, the pie-in-the-sky. The results are better than we could imagine.

Strong Tower is about quality. They wanted to do the best job possible, and it showed every step of the way. All the workers were friendly, respectful, and genuine. Open communication existed throughout these projects, making sure we were always on the same page. Questions were promptly answered. Crews came to work each day with an action plan/goals, were customer focused, safety conscious, and provided high quality work. They used premium materials and provided options when selecting style/colors. The Operations Manager checked in on progress almost daily. At the end of each day, workers put all tools/supplies away and cleaned the work area.

Strong Tower brings vision and skill. We had planned to have a combination of picture windows and sliding windows facing the backyard. Aaron suggested we might be sorry if we didn’t select all picture windows for an unobstructed view of the backyard, keeping the sliding windows on the side walls. We are so glad we took his advice. We kept our original brick wall, exterior windows and door as part of the sunroom. The job foreman, truly a master carpenter, suggested trimming out the former exterior windows and door in pine and staining it to match the exposed beams. The result is a beautiful focal point.

Strong Tower is responsive to changes. When the sunroom roof was being built, we reconsidered including skylights. Aaron checked on their availability, ordered and hand-delivered them to the site, and they were installed in a matter of hours. Originally, we planned to have the sunroom’s exposed rafters and ceiling painted white. When we saw the raw ridge beam and rafters, we asked that they be stained instead, with beadboard installed in between the rafters. The results are stunning!

If you are looking for a contractor that is going to knock it out of the park, look no further. Strong Tower provides high quality results and service, beautiful vision, expert skill, and adaptability. They have our highest recommendation. Five stars isn’t enough.

They did a huge project for Society Manor condos (in Belpre, OH) that needed done for years but no one else would do.
