Great local service and timely when you need it. Had a leaking toilet and Art the plumber stopped by as it was on his way between two other jobs and fixed the problem. A quality oriented business. Probably not the cheapest but the job is done right.

In August of 2023, our 4 year old water heater stopped working. Strang’s was able to come out quickly and they identified a part that needed to be replaced. They said they couldn’t order the part though, we would have to order the part and they would come back to install it. That in itself was a bit frustrating — how were we supposed to be sure we ordered the right part when we weren’t the experts? Nonetheless, there was a bit of hassle getting the part but a week later we had it. They came back to install it and after they installed the new part, they determined that wasn’t the issue after all and there was another part we needed to replace. Again, we had to order the part. We got the part on a Wednesday night, I called them immediately the next morning and they took down my info and said a tech would be calling. I waited all day Thursday — no call. I called back Friday morning and they had no record of me calling the day before and weren’t sure they could get a tech out that day. Being as though we were 2 weeks without hot water at this point, it was beyond frustrating. They did get someone out before the weekend and the water heater started working although the tech never put the bottom cover back on the water heater and just left it sitting on the floor next to it. It worked good for a few months but then I started noticing that I was having to relight the pilot every month or so. Fast forward to today, almost a year later since Strang’s “fixed” our water heater, we are without hot water again. Same issue as before where the pilot won’t light. What a nightmare of an experience. If you value your sanity and hot water, go elsewhere.

Strang heating are professional and knowledgeable.
Always come through for us.
In August of this year Strang once again came through for us with excellent service!
My husband is suffering from kidney cancer, our toilet broke and within a week we had a new one installed.
God Bless these service people.

My hot water heater was not heating like it should. I called Strang and they were very pleasant. Someone came out within a couple of hours. Replaced the element. Great service and good price. Thank you. Highly recommend.

While we were on vacation we learned that our septic had a clog and had backed up into our basement. We spoke to Jamey and he was very professional. After our call Strang was at our home within an hour. They fixed the clog quickly. We will definitely be return customers if we need any further plumbing needs!

I strongly recommend Strang. We needed new construction work done for a septic installation and power service. The guys at Strang (especially Carl) helped coordinate everything, was always on time, willing to answer questions and the price was right. I would definitely use them again.
