We had to make a call right before a Sunday night Packer game on the coldest night of the year and they were at our residence within an hour. Not only did they figure out the issue in a single visit they were able to replace the parts the next morning in between their extremely busy day. We are very pleased with Strang and would recommend them with the highest regard. Friendly, fast, and reliable!

AWESOME service!!! I called at 8:00 A.M., and before 9:00 I had them at my home replacing my old worn out water heater (13+years) with a new one. And as far as rates are concerned, when I see what my daughter pays for labor (East Coast), I will take these rates and the excellent friendly caring and quick service any day!!! 🙂 THANK YOU!!!

Two guys came to change out my blower motor so I got charged nearly double but the second guy didn’t do anything.

Allowed warranty to expire by waiting two weeks. Then after waiting for the warranty to expire during deer huniting season was over it was fixed and I was charged the full price. Then when I tried to negotiate having to some or all they took me to small claims. Not to mention work wasn't done to code to begin with because they installed a furnace in too short of a chimney...which was the problem with their new furnace to begin with. The work they did didn't fix the problem I had to hire a different more qualified HVAC to diagnose that a chimney extension was needed to truly fix the problem (by doing work to code).

They are great, they put electric line in the cold. That is what call service. I was very happy with staff that was doing the job, and Brian that was in office helping me question I had. Great job everybody.

Strang used to be a really reliable company. I have had to call 5 times to even try to get a call back. It's been 4 months and they refuse to let me even talk to a tech. I wouldn't bother. Someone else needs to move into the area if they are just in such demand. The last few times I used them I recall that they were overpriced as well.

I had a hard time find out the serial number of the capacitor but they were professional and were able to find an answer to my problem I just needed a part and they had it thank you guys
