Thank you, Jason, Justin, Gilbert, and their crew, from Straight Line Construction for repairing our roof. They did a wonderful job, and it took three days to complete it! While they were preparing the roof, they informed us that there was more dry rotting and needed to be addressed prior to completing the roof to ensure the integrity of structure is repaired correctly. We appreciated their diligence to let us know. In addition, they were respectful of the property, cleaned up at the end of the day, very cordial, and polite. Thank you, again!

My experience with straight line was great. Good communication, patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. JJ kept me informed of what he was seeing on my roof and what he was doing about it, all with lots of pictures and videos to assist. We lost a few large sections of Shingles in a big wind storm. Straight Line Roofing met with us quickly and explained our options thoroughly. They took photos and videos to send to our insurance company and took over communication with them. The whole process took a bit longer than may be preferred, but it was worth not having to be the middle man and getting to be involved in the paperwork less. Took about 4 months before the project started, but the whole roof was replaced within 2 weeks! That included some wood replacement, vent installation, and all new gutters, while accommodating my work schedule. The team was respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The office staff were always patient and helpful when I had to call, even when I reached out months later with follow up questions. All around a great experience with Straight Line.

Straight Line staff showed up on time, got right to work tearing off the old roof, identifying dry root issues, replace dry rot areas better than what was originally there, buttoned up my roof for a 3 day storm with flood warning (no leaks at all)! Crew was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Roof looks amazing! I tell people how much I love it and they just don't understand, I think that's because they just don't get it because they haven't had to commit to protecting their own home yet. Thank you Sean and all the other hard working staff!!!

From start to finish EXCELLENT service. Great phone call and easy scheduling. Communication with text message and confirming appt. Call from Gary prior to arriving to alert 15-20 min out. Then a pleasure to meet and chat with Gary to diagnose the issue with our roof who was courteous, thorough, and just great to work with! It's nice to have a go roofing company I can call for any future needs!!

Thank you so much to the crew from Straightline! Jack, Jason, Justin and the new guy Maximus came and weathered off the bare sheeting in a couple hours notice. Dopler showed thunder storms enroute, but these guys showed up at 6pm, sweated their tails off while their family's waited for them. They finished by 9pm! My wife and I appreciate their commitment to their craft and customers so much. KAIZEN and OMOTENASHI, not just in principle, but in practice!

JJ was very polite, informative, and communicative. I received text messages from Straight Line before the scheduled service date, the morning of the service and a pre and post work review with the site lead on the service date.
